Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy supplements our Terms of Service and governs your use of the AutoSAM platform.

1. Overview

AutoSAM, operated by GovCertix LLC, is a SAM.gov compliance monitoring SaaS platform designed for government contractors. This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines acceptable and unacceptable behavior when using the AutoSAM platform to ensure a safe, reliable, and lawful experience for all users.

2. Permitted Uses

AutoSAM is intended for legitimate business purposes related to government contracting compliance. Permitted uses include:

• Monitoring SAM.gov registration status and expiration dates

• Receiving compliance alerts and deadline reminders

• Managing entity registrations and renewal workflows

• Generating compliance reports for your organization

• Collaborating with team members within your organization

• Exporting your own data for internal use

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not use AutoSAM for any of the following purposes. Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

3.1 Abuse and Disruption

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to AutoSAM systems, accounts, or data

• Interfering with or disrupting the platform, servers, or networks

• Circumventing rate limits, usage quotas, or security measures

• Introducing malware, viruses, or other harmful code

• Performing denial-of-service attacks or load testing without written consent

3.2 Scraping and Data Extraction

• Automated scraping, crawling, or bulk extraction of platform data beyond plan limits

• Using bots or automated tools to access the platform without authorization

• Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing AutoSAM data or content

3.3 Illegal Activity

• Using AutoSAM for any purpose that violates applicable federal, state, or local law

• Facilitating fraud, money laundering, or other financial crimes

• Submitting false or misleading information to government systems

3.4 Impersonation

• Impersonating another person, organization, or government entity

• Misrepresenting your affiliation with any entity

• Creating accounts under false identities

3.5 Intellectual Property Violations

• Infringing on the intellectual property rights of GovCertix LLC or third parties

• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the AutoSAM platform

• Removing or altering proprietary notices, labels, or marks

4. Enforcement and Termination

GovCertix LLC reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any violations of this AUP. Enforcement actions may include, at our sole discretion:

• Issuing a written warning

• Temporarily suspending account access

• Permanently terminating your account

• Removing or disabling access to content that violates this policy

• Reporting illegal activity to law enforcement authorities

We may terminate or suspend access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for conduct that we believe violates this AUP or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

5. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it immediately. You can reach us at hello@autosam.io. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

6. Changes to This Policy

GovCertix LLC may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated policy on our website. Continued use of AutoSAM after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
